PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

There are several ways to send a deposit or payment to us. We understand that secure and convenient payment is important when booking a motorcycle adventure, so we recommend the three payment methods below. Please choose the option that works best for you and your bank.

1. Online Payment Gateway by Card – Payment Instructions

We will prepare a sample invoice based on your specific booking and send you a secure payment link.

Simply follow the link we provide, click “Checkout”, and enter the requested information. You can pay using credit or debit cards or, if you have a Vietnamese bank account, through online banking. In general, online banking is cheaper when transferring directly from a Vietnamese bank account to our VND account listed under Option 3 below.

Once we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email with the booking details and important information you need to prepare for your Vietnam motorbike adventure.

This payment method is convenient and reasonably inexpensive for small deposits. However, for larger payments of around US$ 1,000 or more, the processing fees can become relatively expensive. In this case, you may wish to consider Western Union or bank transfer instead.

2. Western Union Money Transfer

You can also send your deposit through Western Union. Our details are below. You normally do not need to provide every detail listed – simply complete the information requested by Western Union, paying particular attention to the details shown in bold.

Adding unnecessary information or making a spelling mistake can sometimes result in a longer transfer process. One common mistake is my given name, so please use The Anh, not The Ahn.

After completing the transfer, you will receive a 10-digit MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number). Please send us the MTCN, the sender’s full name, the exact amount sent, and the transaction location. Alternatively, you can simply scan and send us a copy of the Western Union receipt.

We use these details to collect your payment from a local Western Union agent. An identity card is required to receive the funds, so only Vu The Anh (known as Anh Wu), owner of Offroad Vietnam, can collect the payment.

3. Bank Transfer

You can send the payment by international bank transfer. If using a local currency helps you reduce transfer or exchange fees, you can use VND. Otherwise, we prefer to receive payment in USD.

Note about Payment Instructions

Before making an international transfer, please ask your bank about currency conversion fees, international transfer charges, and intermediary bank fees. Depending on the sending bank and country, your payment may pass through one or more intermediary banks before reaching Vietcombank, which can result in additional charges.

Please contact your bank in advance to find out the exact total cost of sending the payment. We recommend sending payments in USD, EUR, AUD, GBP, CAD, or VND where supported by your bank and our account.

Some customers have been charged additional fees without realizing that intermediary banks were involved. Checking the fees before sending the money can help avoid unexpected deductions from your payment.
