Motorbike Vietnam was among the first motorcycle tour providers in Vietnam to offer women-only motorbike tours, inviting women from around the world to discover one of the most exciting countries in Asia for motorcycle touring. Our women’s tours are designed for riders who want to explore Vietnam at a relaxed pace, meet like-minded travellers, and experience the country’s culture, history, geography, and local way of life from the seat of a motorcycle.

At the moment, we do not have female guides available for our long-distance or overnight tours. This is partly related to traditional family expectations in Vietnamese society, where women may have fewer opportunities to spend extended periods away from home. However, our male guides and staff are all passionate motorcycle enthusiasts, and they love sharing Vietnam with fellow riders from around the world.

Motorcycling with women is different. The atmosphere is often social, supportive, relaxed, and above all, fun. Riding skills requirement on Women Tours by motorbike

You do not need to be a racer or highly experienced rider to join our women’s motorbike tours in Vietnam. A good sense of adventure and a willingness to learn are usually enough. We cater to different riding abilities by offering different routes, motorcycle types, and riding options. On selected tours, non-riders can also join the group and travel in the support bus.

There is no fixed itinerary for some of our women’s tours because conditions and group abilities can change once we are on the road. Our guides discuss the following day’s riding program with the group during the trip, allowing us to adapt the route to the weather, road conditions, and everyone’s experience. As a general guide, we ride around 150 km per day, compared with approximately 200 km on our standard tours. We also spend considerably more time stopping at roadside villages, scenic viewpoints, and local communities to meet people, take photographs, and enjoy the journey rather than simply covering distance.
